Khady SENE
Co-founder & Managing Director
An engineer in Thermal and Energy Systems trained in France, she has over 25 years of experience in the oil and energy sectors in Africa. Her career has been marked by leadership roles within major international groups such as Shell and Vivo Energy, where she led strategic subsidiaries in Senegal, Guinea, and Tanzania.
Throughout her career, she has played a major role in deploying international safety standards, optimising operations, and continuously improving industrial performance. She has notably led complex activities related to the management of oil depots, transportation, multi-product distribution, and regulatory compliance.
Driven by a strategic vision, recognised leadership, and a strong commitment to sustainable growth, she is now applying her expertise to UBBI Group, with the ambition of developing a company based on excellence, safety, and sustainable performance in Africa.
Khady FALL
Co-founder & Associate Director
An experienced leader, she has a solid expertise in the energy, industrial products, and oil distribution sectors. A graduate of advanced leadership programmes at the MIT Sloan School of Management and the Gordon Institute of Business Science, she has held several general management positions within Vivo Energy in Senegal, Burkina Faso, and Mali.
Throughout her career, she has ensured the strategic and operational management of subsidiaries in West Africa, covering financial, commercial, human, and industrial dimensions. She has notably led significant teams, developed growth strategies, and optimized supply chains in multisectoral environments.
Recognised for her expertise in strategic planning, business development, and performance management, she combines long-term vision, operational excellence, and commitment to sustainable development. Her leadership is based on strong values of ethics, inclusion, and positive impact.
By co-founding UBBI Group, she brings her experience and know-how to an ambitious, innovative company committed to addressing industrial and energy challenges in Africa.
